In 1991, long time pals Kam Assi and Wally Roumi decided to cement their friendship by starting a business together. They joined forces and founded BLVD Forming. The duo started from scratch and have built a concrete forming business with a rock-solid foundation based on strong core values of teamwork, integrity and commitment. Together, they set the standard for the "BLVD Way".
Since its inception, BLVD has been a leader in innovation of ICI formwork, specializing in: formwork, excavation of foundations, detailing and supplying of rebar, and designing concrete forms with our own engineers.
